Attorney Lim Jung-hyuk is a legal expert who provides in-depth solutions to complex and critical legal issues, drawing on his extensive experience and expertise accumulated over many years in the fields of prosecution and legal administration. He graduated from Chungang High School and the Department of Law at Seoul National University, and after passing both the 26th Judicial Examination and the 28th Civil Service Examination, he completed his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Subsequently, he served as a prosecutor at major prosecutor's offices in Daegu, Jeonju, Incheon, and Busan, gaining practical experience in all aspects of criminal cases. He also held various key positions, including Head of the Public Security Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, Chief Prosecutor of the Public Security Division 2 at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and Deputy Prosecutor General at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.
Furthermore, he contributed to the training of legal professionals and the management of the prosecution organization by serving as a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Head of the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, an executive at the Seoul and Daegu High Prosecutors' Offices, Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, and the 40th President of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. In addition, he acquired an international perspective and comparative legal insights through his experience as a visiting scholar at George Washington University in the United States and training at the District Attorney's Office of Virginia.
