CHO, Young-junePartner
Attorney Young-june Cho graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University. After being appointed as a prosecutor at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office in 1990, he served as a prosecutor for approximately 15 years until his retirement as chief prosecutor at the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office. While serving as a prosecutor, he worked in various departments and accumulated expertise. Since joining Sanwoo Law Firm as an attorney in 2024, his main areas of practice have been specializing in economic-related cases, including real estate development, capital market law violation cases, auctions, taxation, bankruptcy, and corporate rehabilitation.
