Member Kim In-soo earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Dongguk University, following his Bachelor's and MBA degrees. He has built extensive expertise in the fields of management, technology, food, and biotechnology by completing programs such as the AMPS program at Yonsei University, the Executive MBA program at the Graduate School of Police and Criminal Justice at Dongguk University, the CEO program at Seoul National University's School of Food and Nutrition, and the CEO program at Korea University's Technology Management.
He accumulated extensive practical experience in management, auditing, marketing, and product planning within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries while serving as Head of the Audit Office, Head of the Marketing Planning Office, and Head of the Product Planning Team at Yuhan Corporation. Subsequently, he served as an auditor at Yuhan Clorox, Yuhan Chemical, Wyeth Korea, Qualitec Korea, and GNT Pharma. Furthermore, he expanded his expertise in overall corporate management and business strategy by holding positions such as Managing Director at Yuhan Medica, Head of the Health Functional Business Division at Ottogi, Advisor at Junjin Biopharm, and Vice Chairman at AMG Korea. In addition, he has gained experience in the fields of health, pharmaceuticals, and social contribution while serving as a director at the Korea Anti-Drug Headquarters. As a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a certified management consultant, he possesses advisory capabilities regarding corporate growth strategies, internal control, auditing, marketing, and the health functional food and bio industries.
