PARK, Haesun

Expert Commissioner Park Hae-seon holds a Ph.D. in Law from Korea University, specializing in Civil Law, and has built expertise in areas such as U.S. law, real estate and leases, corporate and non-corporate entities, and real estate finance. Having served as a lecturer at Korea University Law School and a visiting professor in the Department of Law at Suwon University, she has participated in legal research and advisory work for various institutions, including the Ministry of Justice, the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS), and the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Drawing on her in-depth research and extensive advisory experience, she will work with Sanwoo to provide systematic and effective solutions for complex legal issues.
